Free plan
The free plan is permanent — no trial period, no credit card required. It includes:
- Full access to the Explore page (world heatmap, country drill-down, all tabs)
- Track up to 3 profiles in 1 portfolio
- 30 days of trend history
The free plan is designed to let you experience the product before committing.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Click the Billing tab
- Select your desired plan
- Complete checkout via our secure payment processor
All billing, invoicing, and tax is handled by our payment processor. Prices may vary by region — pricing adjusts based on your location.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrading — you get access to the new plan’s features right away. Billing is prorated.
- Downgrading — your access adjusts at the end of the current billing period.
Comment fetching
Each plan includes a daily limit on how many times you can fetch fresh comments from TikTok for a given post.

Each click of “Load comments” or “Refresh” on a content detail page consumes one fetch. Failed fetches due to TikTok rate-limiting (HTTP 429) or temporary unavailability (HTTP 503) are automatically refunded. Other errors keep the slot consumed. Your remaining fetches reset daily at midnight UTC.

FAQ
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Local payment methods may be available depending on your region.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do prices include tax?
Prices on the website are in USD before tax. Applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
